Delivery

We can’t wait to get our jewelry on your body, so we make sure that we ship as quick as a whip. We use third party courier partners, and sometimes things happen, and a specific delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Please be mindful that customized products take longer to make than others. Generally, though, you can expect these delivery times as guidelines: 

Items that are in stock, and need no customisation: 3 - 8 business days.Items that require custom engraving and or assembly will take 5 - 14 business days.Items that are on backorder will take between 10 and 21 business days. We only send out our parcels once we have received payment in full.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be absolutely in love with your purchase -  but sometimes even the worst can happen to the best of us. At Fine & Yonder we take grat effort to make sure that your order arrives spick and span and ready to wow, if not, then our Return and refund policy will keep us all sane.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order with us, so long as it's done within one day. Then a full refund will be issued, no questions asked. If you have not done this, then 

Return Conditions

The item must be sent back to us within 5 days of receipt, as per the courier records. We do need to receive it yet, just send us the tracking number.The item must have an obvious defect, damage, or must be misrepresented. We cannot issue a return and refund for a change of heart.The item must not have been customized or engraved. Gift cards are non refundable - Gift card fraud is very real. :(

Refund Process

A return is logged on our website, with required completed form.The buyer will ship the return to our business address. Return shipping will be for the buyer's account.554 Great Dane Street, Garsfontein, Pretoria, 0041After receipt of the return, we will inspect the order for any damage or defects and make a determination on eligibility of refund.

Where is my order?

We ship quick, but will not have atracking number untill we notify the courier that your parcel is ready for shipment. You can track your order on our order tracking page.
